Latvian-speaking Customer Manager in Tallinn, Estonia (Substitute for Maternity Leave)

Job Description

  • Handling phone calls and e-mails with customer queries
  • Issue price quotations according to customer request
  • Place orders and issue invoices in the sales system
  • Follow up unpaid invoices
  • Organize transport to customer requested delivery address
  • Handle claims related with deliveries (e.g. broken goods, missing goods at delivery etc.)
  • Registration of purchase invoices
  • Place purchase orders for suppliers if required
  • Continuous monitoring of Elbest Latvian and English web-page versions in order to translate new products and provide additional marketing information translations if needed
  • Occasional small order assembling in the warehouse if required
  • Work independently and within a team to achieve results

Requirements

  • Near native Latvian speaker (C1 level) or native Latvian speaker in writing and speaking to communicate with customers and understand documentation, manageable English skills (B1 or better) in writing and speaking to communicate with colleagues and suppliers, Estonian and/ or Russian languages are considered as an advantage
  • Good experience in MS Office Word, Excel
  • Sales oriented thinking
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Should be a self-motivated achiever and problem solver

  • full time job with working hours from Monday – Thursday 09:00 – 16:00, Friday 09:00 – 15:00 in the office located in Tallinn
