• Providing exceptional customer service : in person, via email, and over the phone to address customer needs and inquiries.

• Enhancing customer experiences: Offering tailored product recommendations and upgrades to make every rental journey unforgettable.
• Ensuring quality standards: Conducting thorough vehicle condition checks before and after rentals to maintain our fleet's top-notch quality.
• Organizing operations: Tracking reservations, coordinating schedules, and ensuring seamless customer service.
• Supporting vehicle maintenance: Assisting in the upkeep and organization of our vehicles to guarantee safety and reliability.

Your role may also evolve with additional responsibilities, offering room to expand your skills and grow within the company.

• Is fluent in English and Estonian (both spoken and written).
• Thrives under pressure and can stay calm in high-stress situations.
• Is energetic, self-motivated, and carries a positive attitude.
• Holds a valid driver’s license (at least 2 years).
• Is computer-savvy and comfortable with technology.
• Has experience in customer service and a passion for delivering excellent support.
