
We are looking for a skilled and creative Sous Chef to join our kitchen team at Mauritzberg Slott & Golf from April/May to October/November 2025. You have a passion for high-quality cuisine, strong leadership skills, and thrive in a high-standard kitchen environment.
You should thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintain high standards in taste and presentation, and ensure smooth kitchen operations. A driving licence is recommended due to the location.
We offer a full-time seasonal position from April/May to October/November 2025 with a salary of €17–€20 per hour (incl. holiday allowance). Private 32 m² studio apartments with geothermal heating and solar panels are available for low living costs. You'll work in a picturesque and inspiring setting at Mauritzberg Slott & Golf, contributing to an exceptional dining experience.
