Job Description

  • Management and leadership of the company's quality and environmental management system (ISO 9001; ISO 14001; ISO 50001 ; FSC Chain of Custody), including updating, development and performing the necessary analyses, internal and external audits.
  • Handling customer and internal complaints (root couse analyses and feedback to customers).
  • Monitoring, guiding and analyzing the results of production quality requirements and controls.
  • Active participation in operation processes from the quality side (trainings, shop floorings, quality audits , etc. )

Requirements

  • You know MS Office at a good level (including Excel)
  • You have a fluent level of spoken and written Estonian. English and Russian at the communication level.
  • You have good organizational and communication skills, correct, precise, hardworking, high stress tolerance, cooperative, flexible, conscientious, exemplary behaviour.
  • You have acquired a higher education and have previous work experience as a quality specialist in a manufacturing company for at least 1 years.
