ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?

  • University Degree in Business, Marketing or related area
  • 3+ years on-trade sales experience, preferably in international spirits or other image driven premium products
  • Experience in working with HoReCa customers is a must
  • Language skills: Fluency in reading, writing and speaking English and local language; Russian preferable
  • Good computer skills - Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • B Category driver’s license
  • Openness to feedback
  • Willingness to express and experiment with new ideas

YOUR NEW RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develops brand plans based on the agreed business strategies, solid consumer insight, market analysis, and evaluation of competitor performance.
  • Leads and supports the planning and implementation of the brand related activities in the target market; provides feedback and improvement opportunities to marketing.
  • Takes the lead in development of on-trade customer specific marketing programs.
  • Assumes strategic and operational responsibilities for the development of designated outlets, incl. the creation of the annual plans and ensuring world-class execution of the agreed activities to drive consumer satisfaction and loyalty for company.
  • Acts as the expert for Spirits and non-alcoholic products in his/her sales area.
  • Ensures delivery upon financial commitments to support long term sustainability.
  • Close co-operation with Manager and Leads to ensure that the best service is provided by BD’s and/or Call Centre in order to optimize selling cost.
