KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER

Responsibilities:

  • Handling customer enquiries
  • Order management from the moment the order is received to the moment the customer receives the goods including:

-Order processing
-Quotatio
-Agreeing the status of the order with the customer
-Order placement in our system
-Order status tracking
-Coordinating delivery with the logistics department and notifying the customer of delivery dates
-Checking on receipt of goods for conformity

Requirements:

  • Technical maritime education is a must
  • Experience in the maritime sector is a must
  • Attention to details and accuracy
  • Communication skills
  • Be prepared to multi-task
  • English & Russian languages
