Key Account Manager (in International Business)

Job Description

We are looking for someone who is gifted with enhancing relationship with customers!

- collaborate with the Sales Manager and other teams to facilitate the seamless onboarding of new clients
- ensure all client requirements are accurately captured and communicated to relevant departments
- provide training and support to new clients to ensure they are fully integrated into our systems and processes
- maintain regular communication with key accounts to ensure satisfaction and address any issues or concerns
- identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within key accounts to drive additional revenue
- maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system.

Requirements

We will be happy if you:
- are a sales person at heart, but not only that - you are especially attracted to the field of logistics together with e-commerce
- are proactive, smart in finding suitable solutions for the client and have good communication skills
- are a very good team player and you have a strong will to work hard with a super cool team
- have experience in account management or a related role
- are fluent in English.
