Responsibilities

  • In co-operation with Baltic’s Commercial Manager to agree and implement sales and revenue targets according to Baltic commercial strategies.
  • Prepare annual plan for customer development and achieving KA objectives in a country, follow actual results on a regular basis, take corrective action where needed. 
  • Finding new ways and opportunities for resultative co-operation with customers.
  • Planning and executing sales promotions in the assigned accounts, analyzing the results.
  • Developing good business relationships with all levels of customer’s management, visiting all the clients regularly (min. once per quarter).
  • Organizing in co-operation with Baltic`s Marketing department product tastings and presentations.
  • Compiling monthly competitive activity reports.
  • Fulfil monthly reports and give required feedback to the Baltic’s Commercial Manager.
  • Ensuring regular updating of customer’s files and keeping them in an orderly manner.
  • Being responsible for preparing and keeping customer contracts. Negotiate contract terms with customers.
  • Providing flow of necessary information for the Distributor (delivery companies), logistics, 3rd Party merchandising company and finance department and co-operate with its sales-force in order to guarantee flawless execution of agreed activities.
  • Insure best in class execution in assigned customer stores – thru central Office agreement and 3rd party merchandising company. Cascade priorities and executional guidelines to merchandising company, establish and monitor KPI’s of the 3rd party Merchandising company and make sure that corrective action plan is implemented.
  • Make a Forecast for logistics weekly.
  • Monitor stock reports from Central warehouse and distributor and if necessary, make action plan
  • Track D&A table and make necessary accruals monthly basis
  • Track competitors’ actions and propose corrective actions helping to reach annual objectives if needed.
  • Control assigned customers agreements conditions implementation (assortment, displays, POSM, etc) in the stores.
  • Control activities agreed by JKAM in the chain’s stores: sec. displays, price, POSM.

Qualifications

  • University level degree
  • 3-5 years functional experience
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluency in English and Estonian language
  • Driver license B
  • Willingness to be on the filed on a regular basis
