  • Analyze issues reported by business users;
  • Test system functionality and create documentation;
  • Gather and analyze business requirements for new system functionality;
  • Work in an international work environment that supports your individual growth;
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective translation of business needs into working software;
  • Attend traineeship from March 2024 until March 2025 full time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree or acquiring in a related field (economics, finance, IT, mathematics, or statistics) or a great reason for not having one.
  • Intermediate or advanced level of skills in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work independently as well as with the team.
  • Passion to learn new things, being self-driven as well as open-minded.
  • Fluency in English, spoken and written.

Considered as an advantage:

  • Basic understanding of accounting principles;
  • Previous experience with data and process analysis;
  • Previous experience with business requirements.
