Main responsibilities
- Communication with our vendors globally
- Purchase invoices posting (including invoices with PO)
- Invoices to Proforma payments – control & follow-up
- Updating Invoice database including vendor data creation and maintenance
- Assisting in other accounting tasks (e.g., bank payments, duty travel processing)
- Supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
- Providing analytical reports for the CFO and department managers
- Review & control of projects at month-end closing
Main Requirements
- Higher education in accounting, finance, or relevant work experience
- Preferably some experience working as a junior accountant in an international group
- Knowledge and understanding of basic accounting procedures, Estonian GAAP, and applicable regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Estonian
- Good time management and organizational skills, strong attention to detail
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Medius, Axapta or Microsoft Dynamics ERP experience is a benefit
