IT Technician
Miss Mary is a rapidly growing company with our primary sales conducted online, both in D2C and B2B where we in the recent years have undergone a transformation into a modern e-commerce company and our products are sold in more than 18 countries. We have offices in Borås and Tallinn and in Tallinn we also have our part of our production and warehouse. The company has tripled in size over the past five years, and we plan to continue growing at the same pace. In relation with this growth - so is the wishlist on the IT deparment to be able to meet the demands of our customers. We need to strengthen our team with more talents who can challenge and be challenged in our mission that Miss Mary will be the obvious lingerie choice on the market for the functional and quality-conscious customer.
Main tasks:
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining workstations.
- Maintaining and configuring printers (laser-, thermal-, ink- and textile printers).
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining different applications in warehouse, production, and back office.
- Consulting and helping users with daily issues and questions. Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems.
- Create and update IT documentation.

Requirements
Minimum qualifications:
- IT education and relevant work experience.
- Good communication skills, desire and ability to communicate with people and provide IT related support.
- Ability to communicate in English and Estonian on a native speaking level.
- Knowledge in Hyper-V, Microsoft Server 2016/2019/2022, Microsoft Windows 10/11 Microsoft/Office 365, Active directory, and Group Policies.
- Fundamental networking skills.
Preferred qualifications:
- Knowledge in Endpoint Manger (Intune), PowerShell, Dynamics 365, database administration (SQL), Azure, Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint.
