Job Description

  • Provide qualified IT support to users in offices, stores and warehouses.
  • Manage and resolve IT incidents, problems and requests.
  • Support IT equipment over the course of its lifecycle.
  • Manage access permissions for various systems.

Requirements

  • You are proficient in Windows and iOS platforms and workspace installation.
  • You have ITIL knowledge, experience in retail processes and technologies is an advantage.
  • Your communication skills are excellent as is your ability to quickly solve problems.
  • You have a high level of stress tolerance.
  • You speak fluent Estonian and English.
  • You have category B driving licence.
