IT MONITORING SPECIALIST

As a Monitoring Specialist, you will hold the first-line responsibility to ensure our AV and IT systems are up and running flawlessly 24/7.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

• Ensuring the working order of technical systems.
• Ensuring the quality of Live-streaming services.
• Ensuring the IT and AV systems are up and running flawlessly 24/7.
• Identifying and eliminating any detected issues.
• Reporting according to instructions.
• Providing work-related IT support for colleagues.
• Working closely with the training team, studio, and other departments.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

• Education or previous work experience in the field of IT.
• Very good spoken and written English.
• Communication skills and positive attitude.
• Willingness to work in shifts – morning, afternoon and night.
• Interest in working with a full-time workload.
