We are seeking a talented IT MANAGER to join our team!

As an IT Manager, your responsibilities will encompass

• Interact and collaborate with users and business managers to identify and specify required local IT infrastructure and application needs and requirements
• Select, mandate and manage third-party service providers responsible for day-today operations of NPM Narva IT systems and related user support
• Manage NPM Narva inventory of IT hardware and IT assets and execute Neo’s patching/updating and lifecycle management corporate IT policies, supported by Neo’s system management third-party services providers
• Manage server infrastructure, network + WiFi Infrastructure design & planning
• Responsible for sonicwall security solution implementation
• Responsible for Cluster Server solution implementation
• Manage tenders planning and coordination with potential vendors, approval of vendors
• Provide ServiceDesk support, including ERP systems support

In this role, you will collaborate closely with a team of skilled Engineers to identify opportunities for enhancement in our plant.  As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the continuous improvement of our organization, making a significant impact on our operational success.

If you have:

• High education in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or related field required
• Five years related IT management experience required
• Strong technical knowledge of and proven experience with Microsoft infrastructure technology stack: Virtual Machines setup and management, Windows, Windows Server, SQL Server, Azure, etc…
• Strong knowledge of and proven experience with Office365 system administration including Active Directory administration
• Strong technical knowledge and proven experience with network infrastructure management and cybersecurity management
• Relevant experience with ERP system administration and user support
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize work.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
• Fluent in Russian, English and Estonian
