Our IT team of 60 professionals delivers a range of services, including Cybersecurity, Client and Network Management, Business Intelligence, and much more, to support and drive the group's success.
The role:
You will join a team of six in the Helpdesk Support division, spread across Europe, assisting computer users, resolving technical problems and maintaining the company’s IT Hardware, Software, and Services.
In addition, you will be involved in the planning and improvement of systems and services as a project team member.
Responsibilities:
Other skills, such as knowledge in Azure, SQL Server, Citrix, MS Server OS, Intune, GPOs, additional language, or Microsoft Qualifications are desirable but not essential.
