International Business Service specialist

As International Business Service Specialist you will be :
- Keeping constant track of international services, setting their standards and making corrective actions with responsible counterparts
- Leading development and implementation of international services related to e-commerce
- Communicating with International Business partners in order to monitor agreed service levels, tariffs, daily operational issues
- Negotiating terms, conditions and tariffs of the services provided by International Business partners
- Combining all service parts (first mile, handling, transportation, last mile) to make the final product competitive and of high standards
- Constantly learning and growing together with international e-commerce market
- Providing solutions and suggestions for e-commerce logistics, delivery channels, operations
- A part of a truly international business

We will be happy if you have:
- Experience in business operations, preferable in service-oriented industry
- Good understanding of processes and project management skills
- Strong analytical thinking, computer literacy and attention to details
- Stress-resistance, quick thinking and problem solving skills
- Higher education and wish to learn new things each day
- Knowledge of logistics, e-commerce or postal sector would be considered as advantage
- Very good knowledge of English, proficiency in other languages would be very useful
