Internal Communications specialist

We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exciting content to our employees!

This role will focus on ensuring clear, consistent, and engaging communication for employees in Estonia, contributing to a collaborative and aligned organizational culture.

- adapt and implement the Group’s internal communication strategy to meet the needs of employees in Estonia. Develop localized communication initiatives
- prepare, edit, and distribute engaging internal communication materials, such as newsletters, announcements, presentations, and intranet content
- organize and support internal events, including town halls, workshops, and employee celebrations, to foster a positive workplace environment
- act as a bridge between leadership and employees by facilitating two-way communication and encouraging feedback, identify opportunities to enhance engagement
- collaborate with HR and marketing teams to support local employer branding initiatives, ensuring alignment between internal and external messaging
- collect and analyze employee feedback to measure the effectiveness of internal communication initiatives.

We will be happy if you have:
- proven experience in internal communication, employee engagement, or a related field
- good writing, editing, and storytelling skills with an ability to tailor messages to diverse audiences
- proficiency in Estonian and English (written and spoken) is essential; additional languages are a plus.
- creative mindset with experience using communication tools, platforms, and multimedia content creation
- ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
