Insurance Management Assistant

Are you passionate about supporting management and legal team in insurance area?In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

• Provide support and assistance to governing bodies, management team, committees and legal team in Swedbank Life Insurance SE and Swedbank P&C Insurance AS;
• Schedule and organise meetings and events, prepare agendas and minutes of the meetings, resolutions and other materials, keep track of action logs;
• Gather input for legal analyses and reports, support the processes owned by legal team;
• Collaborate with various stakeholders;
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.

What is needed in this role:

• Higher education or pursuing higher education;
• Legal knowledge is recommended;
• Work experience in management support role;
• Fluent English and Estonian language proficiency, both spoken and written;
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365;
• Accuracy and attention to details;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
