HR Specialist

Responsibilities

HR related tasks

  • Apply critical thinking to streamline and automate administrative tasks.
  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems and databases, providing reports as needed.
  • Draft employment agreements.
  • Manage and coordinate the employee leave and time-off process.

Recruitment related tasks

  • Assist recruiters with sourcing candidates, managing and organizing various talent pipelines, sending rejection notifications, and scheduling interviews.
  • Generate data-driven reports to support and guide HR initiatives.
  • Conduct research to craft and update job descriptions.
  • Ensuring the quality and consistency of TA processes
  • Nurture relationships with current candidates to keep them engaged.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of previous experience in HR and Recruitment field
  • Ability to prioritize, plan, and work independently and effectively while managing multiple projects
  • A proactive approach, high ethical standards, and a strong team spirit
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English, Estonian and Russian
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
