Responsibilities
HR related tasks
- Apply critical thinking to streamline and automate administrative tasks.
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS systems and databases, providing reports as needed.
- Draft employment agreements.
- Manage and coordinate the employee leave and time-off process.
Recruitment related tasks
- Assist recruiters with sourcing candidates, managing and organizing various talent pipelines, sending rejection notifications, and scheduling interviews.
- Generate data-driven reports to support and guide HR initiatives.
- Conduct research to craft and update job descriptions.
- Ensuring the quality and consistency of TA processes
- Nurture relationships with current candidates to keep them engaged.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of previous experience in HR and Recruitment field
- Ability to prioritize, plan, and work independently and effectively while managing multiple projects
- A proactive approach, high ethical standards, and a strong team spirit
- Professional verbal and written communication skills with fluency in English, Estonian and Russian
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
