HR Specialist

Job Description

  • Own and drive Employee Lifecycle standard operational activities: onboarding, employment documentation, offboarding
  • Ensure that systems (HRIS) and other databases have up-to-date employee and organizational information with high data quality and accuracy and provide reports where needed
  • Managing full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and screening for IT and business positions
  • Being the first point of contact providing an amazing employee experience
  • Being responsible for statistics and reporting in your workstream
  • Contribute to the other HR team initiatives and assisting the Head of HR

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role 
  • Knowledge of Estonian Labour legislation
  • Experience in recruitment and conducting interviews 
  • Ability to prioritize, plan and work independently and effectively, juggle several projects
  • Outstanding teamwork and can-do attitude
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Russian, Estonian languages
