Job Description

  • Own and drive Employee Lifecycle standard operational activities: onboarding, employment documentation, offboarding;
  • Managing full cycle recruiting;
  • Being the first point of contact providing an amazing employee experience;
  • Participate in the development, implementation and review of HR policies and procedures for the department in line with legislative and business requirements;
  • Being responsible for statistics and reporting in your workstream;
  • Contribute to the other HR team initiatives and assisting the Head of HR;
  • Oversee and implement workplace safety, health inspection, risk analysis, understanding in occupational safety processes.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role;
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, Estonian labor laws, and regulations;
  • Experience in recruitment and conducting interviews;
  • Outstanding teamwork and can-do attitude;
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Russian, Estonian languages;
  • Excellent organizational and documentation skills;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Knowledge of payroll processes is highly desirable;
  • Having a driver's license (category B).
