Your role and responsibilities
In this role you will have the opportunity to delivering outstanding service assistance related to Employee Life Cycle to the HR community, business managers and employees. Each day, you will assist internal customers, with accurate and timely processing of information for all stakeholders in Baltic team. You will also showcase your expertise in the field of HR.
The work model for the role is: hybrid, twice a week in the office #LI-Hybrid
This role is contributing to the HR Services in Tallinn, Ülemiste City.
You will be mainly accountable for:
• Own and drive Employee Lifecycle standard operational activities: onboarding, employment contracts, work certificates, offboarding
• Ensure that systems (SAP) and other databases have up-to-date employee and organizational information with high data quality and accuracy and provide reports where needed
• Work on process excellence within own area of responsibility and recommend process improvements, supporting implementation of the improvements
• Building relationships with HR colleagues within the ABB organization to ensure ongoing service delivery effectiveness
