Job Description
- Be partner to Barbora Estonia management team to foster a unified culture that inspires excellent performance and strong engagement
- Build and lead HR team to support in the areas of payroll, talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, performance management and other employee life-cycle projects
- Ensure personnel administration according Estonian Labor Law and GDPR requirements
- Monitor Work Safety processes within all units
- Act as strategic contributor to Barbora global HR projects and coordinate implementation locally
- Take leadership in enhancing innovation, flexibility and creativity throughout organization
Requirements
- At least 3-5 years experience as HR Manager or Senior Business Partner in medium or large company
- Knowledge in personnel administration and local Labor Law requirements
- Experience in implementing HRIS and other HR projects (an advantage)
- Experience in developing, executing and maintaining HR projects and programs
- Ability to prioritize and manage deliverables in a dynamic environment with little direction
- Curious, detail-oriented, thorough and well-organized mindset
- Self-driven and willing to share know-how with team members
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Fluency in English
