Hotel Sales Coordinator

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and cultivate new client leads.
  • Work closely with GC&E team to support proposals, follow-ups and conversion.
  • Schedule and organize sales meetings, site inspections, client events and office visits.
  • Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings.
  • Assist in creating and distributing promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Research market trends and monitor competitor activities to identify opportunities for new business.
  • Maintain accurate records in the hotel’s CRM system.

We expect

  • Previous experience in hospitality and/or the event industry.
  • Familiar with sales processes, event coordination, and client relationship management.
  • Fluent in Estonian and English languages, both verbal and written.
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, customer-focused attitude
  • Organized and able to multitask.
  • Upholds and promotes brand values in all interactions.
  • Able to learn fast and adapt to new situations.
  • Familiar with CRM and hotel specific software like Delphi.fdc and/or Opera
  • Interested in self-development and a career in Hospitality.
