Healthcare Insurance Specialist

Are you a Norwegian speaker with a background in healthcare and passion for helping others? Then we might have the opportunity for you in Estonia!

As a Healthcare Insurance Specialist (Norwegian-speaking), you will be responsible for supporting our client by managing email communication with both insurance holders and medical facilities, ensuring that the insurance holder receives the treatment covered by their policy. You’ll work standard business hours from Monday to Friday, leaving your weekends free!

We’re looking for a someone who is service-minded, solution-oriented and can handle confidential information with integrity and care. Proficiency in both spoken and written Norwegian is essential, as well as a good command of English to communicate effectively with your colleagues. To succeed in this role, we hope that you have a background in the medical or healthcare field, such as nursing, care, physiotherapy, medicine, or psychology.

• A monthly salary of 1850 € (Gross).

• Bonuses based on performance up to 100 €/month.
