Head of Sales

As a Head of Sales, you’ll take the lead in expanding our hotel’s presence and driving revenue growth across all segments.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Developing and implement proactive sales strategies, tailored to corporate, MICE, and leisure markets to boost growth and secure new business.
  • Building brand visibility, conduct site inspections, host FAM trips, and attend industry events to increase brand visibility and reach.
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, handling inquiries, negotiations, and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Work closely with our General Manager, Marketing, and Revenue teams to align on pricing, campaigns, and revenue targets.
  • Lead a high-performing sales team with the freedom to shape strategy and make a lasting impact on our success.

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

  • Proven sales expertise, particularly within the hospitality sector.
  • Ability to understand market trends, adapt strategies, and find innovative solutions to drive revenue growth.
  • Strong ability to inspire a team and align them with business goals.
  • Excellent relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Estonian and English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Willingness to adjust working hours based on business needs.
