Easy Travel Ltd is looking for a Head of Sales (Team Lead). Head of Sales oversees the daily operations of 10-12 travel designers who create tailor-made itineraries for international clients. You should therefore be an excellent team leader, a mentor and a knowledgeable colleague. Team Lead is responsible for the quality of the department's work from receiving an inquiry from an agent to the return of clients from their trip. Team Lead receives information from the operations department managers about non-standard situations at destinations and, if necessary, gets involved in their resolution; if needed, they communicate the situation to the customer service managers. Team Lead is responsible for forming and developing the competencies of the customer service managers to provide services in accordance with the company's values and mission. Team Lead prepares the schedule for vacations, days off, holiday duties, and hotline duties, and publishes it in an accessible format for everyone. Team Lead appoints a responsible manager to handle inquiries of an absent manager. Team Lead, together with the CEO, creates quarterly sales plan for the customer service department and monitors its execution.
A person with a good knowladge of the Northern european countries: Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Iceland. You are excellent with people and can find an approach to different types of personality. You are well organised and structured. You are hard working and goal oriented. You are always looking for ways to optimise internal processes for maximum efficiency and ultimately, profitability.
