Job Description

We will trust you with:

Develop and implement a commercial strategy that is fully aligned with the company's objectives and contributes to its growth.
To follow up on the execution of the strategy.
To execute and oversee sales for our branded hotels in the Baltics.
Plan, set, and monitor development indicators.
Develop and implement commercial strategies.
Maintain and build long-term relationships with business customers.
To carry out segmentation planning and implementation.
Establish budgets and actively monitor their implementation.
Contribute to the development of the overall company strategy.
Monitor business performance against key indicators and report to senior management.

Requirements

We are looking for you if:

You have a university degree.
You have at least 3 years' experience in sales and/or marketing.
You have excellent leadership skills, the ability to motivate and manage a team.
You are result-oriented, dynamic and able to adapt quickly to stressful situations.
You have excellent knowledge of English. Latvian and other language skills will be an advantage.
You have an in-depth understanding of market research methods and analysis.
You have analytical thinking, and the ability to translate business needs into productive financial solutions.
Experience with PMS Opera and/or Mews and experience with CRM systems will be considered an advantage.

Remuneration from EUR 3000, - gross to EUR 4000, - gross, depending on professional experience and eligibility requirements and bonuses.
