About the position
As our new Head of Product/Chief Product Officer, you will be part of the team in Tallinn, Estonia. The position is crucial to supporting our mission to make the financial markets accessible to everyone. Here are some of the tasks and challenges you will tackle:
- Work closely with the senior executives to define product strategy, build roadmaps, and lead the product development process
- Oversee strategic product creation, product planning and product development
- Gather, analyse, and propose new features based on internal and external feedback
- Create and present visionary innovations, strategic decision proposals, as well as calculation of business cases
- Build strategic partnerships and lead necessary contract negotiations
- Manage and coordinate internal and external stakeholders
- Be the intersection between the IT, legal and product teams and coordinate these streams efficiently determining the product
- Integrate product metrics, user experience research, competitive and market analysis to shape product initiatives
- Define and monitor relevant KPIs and control measures to achieve the objectives
- Lead, inspire and develop a high performing team of product owners
Requirements
About you
We are looking for an ambitious and curious person who has experience in Product Management and wants to join our motivated and all-round awesome team to help us shape the future of finance. Here’s what we expect from you:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering or related field of study
- 5+ years of relevant product management experience
- 3+ years of leadership experience in an international environment
- Detail oriented with excellent written, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional problem-solving, strategic, and analytical skills
- Interest, passion, and experience in agile methodologies
- Proficient Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Extensive knowledge and interest in blockchain, distributed ledger technologies and cryptocurrencies
- Team player with solution-oriented way of thinking and high level of motivation
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
