JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Act as a trusted partner and collaborate with the leadership team, providing advice and guidance on people-related matters and ensuring successful implementation of people initiatives
- Lead HR team to support in the areas of payroll, talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, performance management and other employee life-cycle projects
- Develop and implement HR policies and processes to ensure compliance with legal requirements
- Act as strategic contributor to Barbora global HR projects and coordinate implementation locally
- Take leadership in enhancing innovation, flexibility and creativity throughout organization
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience as a Head of People, Senior HR Business Partner or in a similar role
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking abilities, and exceptional decision-making skills
- Change management skills and the ability to adapt quickly
- Good communication skills and the ability to effectively influence and build relationships across all levels of the organisation
- Friendly personality with a can-do attitude;
- Fluency in Estonian and English , knowledge in Russian is beneficial
- Ready to work in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
