GET READY TO:
- Develop and implement operational plans based on the Baltic Mortgage strategy. Drive initiatives to expand market presence and enhance product offerings.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of mortgage applications. Implement best practices to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team. Provide guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities.
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards. Implement risk management strategies.
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators. Report achievements, challenges, and plans to senior management.
- Maintain and build relationships with real estate sector partners. Organize cooperation events and represent the bank in various activities.

YOUR PROFILE:
- Academic or professional higher education in economics, finance, business, banking or similar area;
- At least 2 years of experience in financial sector, business consulting, credit analysis, sales management;
- Strong leadership and team management skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proficiency in Estonian and English;
- Ability to perform financial and process analysis;
- Understanding of the financial sector and consumer behaviour in Estonian market;
- Desired experience: At least 2 years of experience as a head of a structural unit.
