Head of Fraud Management

Get ready to:
- Own, maintain and upgrade comprehensive fraud detection and prevention framework applicable to all Citadele channels, products, services;
- Continuously monitor the emerging trends in fraud area;
- Ensure continuous improvement of the fraud framework with a target to minimize fraud loss;
- Continuously strengthen analytical capabilities and technology landscape;
- Provide regular reports to senior management and the Management Board on fraud trends, key incidents, and mitigation strategies;
- Communication to clients raising the awareness and reducing clients’ loss;
- Cooperate with other departments (Compliance, AML, Risk, and IT) to align fraud prevention strategies.

- At least bachelor's degree, a master’s degree or professional certifications are highly desirable;
- Extensive experience in fraud risk management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role within a financial or payment institution;
- Advanced digital skills and high interest in innovation;
- Strong understanding of fraud schemes, prevention methodologies, systems used;
- Strong Leadership and team management skills;
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
