Head of Finance

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Finance to lead Orien Trade’s financial operations across our multi-subsidiary group spanning Europe and South Korea. This is a high-impact role responsible for financial strategy, capital raising, risk management, team leadership, and supporting M&A activity.

The Head of Finance will build scalable financial operations from the ground up, manage group-level reporting and compliance, and play a critical role in the company’s growth and expansion. This role is ideal for a finance leader who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and is passionate about building robust financial systems in a scaling business.

This role is preferably based in Tartu, Estonia, where our central finance function is located.

• Develop and execute financial strategies to support business expansion and operational efficiency across all entities.

• Build and implement group-wide financial processes, reporting structures, and compliance systems aligned with IFRS and local regulations.

• Lead and oversee consolidated financial reporting, tax compliance, and internal controls across European and South Korean subsidiaries.

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and financial modeling to support strategic decision-making.

• Lead and structure capital raising efforts and maintain investor relations and financial transparency.

• Support and lead mergers & acquisitions, from deal sourcing and negotiation to due diligence and integration.

• Build and lead the internal finance and accounting team while managing external service providers as necessary.

• Identify financial risks and implement risk mitigation strategies.
