Head of engineering department

Planning, coordination and supervising the work of Engineering Department (ca 12 people);
Responsible for timely project technological preparation and follow-up (BOM, workshop drawings,
fabrication methods and route cards);
Assures that Customer technical requirements are well defined and integrated into the project;
Participation in technical meetings with the Customer at tendering stage and during project
execution;
Provides technical support and troubleshooting assistance to address any challenges faced by the
production team.

At least 5 years of similar experience in fabrication of large-sized metal structures (as a manager,
senior/lead technologist, or product engineer). Previous experience in Offshore Oil & Gas, Renewables,
Large industrial projects will be an advantage (must have experienced in production companies, only
maintenance companies are not enough);
Higher technical education (Mechanical engineer, Mechatronics, etc.);
English level B2 or higher (main working language), Russian is an advantage but not required.
