Head of engineering department

Planning, coordination and supervising of Engineering Department work (ca 6 people);
Responsible for timely project technological preparation and follow-up (BOM, workshop drawings, fabrication methods and route cards);
Participation in technical meetings with the Customer at tendering stage and during project execution;
Provides technical support and troubleshooting;
Collaboration with production, quality, project managements, sales departments and sub-contractors.

Similar experience in fabrication of metal structures (as manager, senior/lead technologist or product engineer), previous experience in Marine, Shipbuilding, Large industrial projects will be an advantage;
Higher technical education;
Experience in 3D engineering programmes (Aveva, AutoCad, Solid Works, Ship constructor, etc.);
Leadership qualities, ability to set tasks and control processes.
