  • Lead and manage Outlets teams to achieve sales and operational goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance store performance and customer experience.
  • Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and minimize shrinkage.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations.
  • Analyze sales data and create action plans to address underperformance.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor Outlets managers and staff.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and supply chain, to support Outlets needs.

Ootused kandidaadile

  • Proven experience as a Head of Customer service/ Retail Operations Manager or similar role.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in retail management software and data analysis tools.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field (preferred).
