What you will do:

  • Coordinate the work of affiliate managers, implement new tools and technologies to improve team performance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key partners, conduct negotiations, and conclude agreements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract new webmasters and grow the affiliate program.
  • Monitor and optimize work with current partners, analyze traffic and campaign efficiency.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management, improve workflows within the department.
  • Control expenses and ensure resources are used efficiently.
  • Closely collaborate with other departments.
  • Participate in international exhibitions and conferences.

What we expect from you:

  • Proven experience in affiliate marketing.
  • Professional knowledge in digital marketing, media buying, traffic monetization, and analytics.
  • Strong leadership skills and team management experience.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Understanding of Similarweb, Semrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Google Search Console.
  • High proficiency in English and Russian.
