Job Description
• Translating system solutions into sustainable hardware solutions
• Acquiring materials and services needed for projects - identifying potential suppliers, processing purchase orders, shipping goods abroad
• Negotiating contracts, terms and deadlines with vendors and suppliers
• Working closely with deployment engineers and technicians to deliver the solutions
• Attending meetings with the engineering team, vendors and suppliers
• Managing hardware lifecycle - research, test, and qualify of new products.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or a related field
• Hands-on experience (3-5 years) in procurement or a closely related field
• Familiarity with manufacturing components and knowledge of industry regulations
• Prior experience with vendor management and contract negotiation
• Possibility to travel and strong interpersonal skills - willingness to regularly engage in person and over the phone with internal stakeholders and suppliers in multiple geographical locations, both in English and Estonian language.
