We opened our first salon in Riga in 2015, and in 9 years we have grown into a large studio network under the Art Esthetic and ALVALINE brands. We operate in 17 cities in Latvia, Lithuania, Poland and Estonia. We are actively expanding, and we open new studios every month in different cities. In the coming months, we plan to expand our operations to new European markets, starting with Helsinki, Finland.
Our main goal is laser hair removal, and we only use the latest diode laser equipment. This equipment guarantees painlessness thanks to the cooling system and is completely safe, which is confirmed by the EU with certificates and licenses. Job Description
With the expansion of the company, we are looking for an employee to open our first laser hair removal clinic in Helsinki, Finland, who will subsequently become the director of the center and, if desired, the first master. We have already developed the technology for opening the centers and we are now looking for a representative in Helsinki who will oversee the opening process and later take over the management of the center, including leading the team and performing treatment procedures.
Tasks related to opening the first salon:
- Preparation of all measures to open the salon.
- Cooperation with contractors, suppliers and local authorities.
- Selection and training of personnel and organization of work processes.
- Search and evaluation of opening locations (area up to 100 m²).
- Negotiations and conclusion of contracts.Search for local contractors for facility assessment, renovation, equipment delivery and installation. We are looking for stylish and ready-to-use premises that have already been renovated or that only require a small cosmetic update. This allows us to quickly open a modern studio and focus on creating a pleasant space for our clients.
- Preparation of the budget and optimization of expenses.
- Procurement of furniture, interior design and branding.
- Preparation of all necessary documents for salon operations (acquiring permits, company registration, etc.).
Requirements
- Fluent Finnish, Russian or English language skills (effective communication with customers and team).
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage several processes simultaneously.
- Good interaction and management skills with the team and customers.
- Responsibility and accuracy in details.
