Job Description
Demonstrate excellent people skills to help in your day to day dealings with guests
Manage incoming requests and draw proposals that best suit client needs and hotel goals individuals and groups
Develop events work order and coordinate events in cooperation with other departments
Ensure all client requests individuals and groups are answered efficiently and with agility
Ensure bookings are guaranteed and no show charges/late cancellation charges are applied where appropriate
Ensure daily and weekly reports are in time
Requirements
Good organisational and administration skills
Fluent Estonian & English (spoken and written)
Positive attitude and good communication skills
Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
Confident telephone manner and good understanding of office IT systems
Previous experience in hotel or event industry would be beneficial
