Fraud Prevention Senior Analyst

In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:

  • Be part of internal fraud principles implementation;
  • Assess internal fraud risks, perform threat analysis and conduct forecasting;
  • Determine preventive measures and requirements that reduce the risk of fraud in the Bank;
  • Provide counselling and support to the business in internal fraud area;
  • Contribute to designing and configuration of monitoring of internal fraud scenarios/rules in cooperation with other relevant units and/or persons;
  • Contribute to Security Department data management development and to data quality enhancement and development of related processes and tools.
  • Contribute to threat analysis, risk identification related analysis and risk assessment;
  • Support with regular and ad hoc data analysis and related reporting.

Requirements

  • A relevant higher education (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science or other related education);
  • Capability to build BO reports;
  • Knowledge of Python (pandas, numpy, sklearn packages);
  • Proficiency in SQL programming language (experience with relational data bases);
  • Basic knowledge of statistics;
  • Experience with Machine Learning/Data Science and Excel macros + Excel VBA;
  • Experience with Databases GUI (Teradata, Oracle SQL Developer);
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both in written and spoken, good skills in Estonian is an advantage;
  • Ability to organize and prioritize the workload and great decision-making skills;
  • Ability to work independently while simultaneously contributing to the team;
  • Strong stress tolerance, high level of self-motivation and perseverance;
  • Impeccable reputation and integrity;
  • Understanding of general banking procedures and products.
