Flight Operations Specialist with GDS skills

We are looking for a Flight Operations Specialist with the Global Distribution System (GDS) skills to join our team in the Tallinn office.

Daily tasks:

• Manage booking and ticketing of travel to support FIT, Groups, Corporate, and Crew bookings, in line with our negotiated contracts, pricing and fees, and service and quality standards​
• Ensure a cost-effective and efficient approach to all bookings, with a focus on customer experience and internal service delivery​
• Handle changes, cancellations, and adjustments as needed, recovering refunds when possible​
• Support irregular operations, emergencies, and schedule changes travel as needed​
• Be up to date with training, product knowledge, and GDS (Global Distribution System) skills​
• Assist with ad hoc projects as needed​

• Good knowledge of booking systems, documentation procedures, and other processes, with excellent knowledge of GDS (e.g. Amadeus, Sabre), MS Office and Reporting tools​
• Reservation skills for domestic and international reservations, including air, hotel, rail & transportation​
• Fluent English; other languages beneficial​
• Desire to provide good customer service, good communication skills
• Cooperative and a dedicated team player, also able to work independently
• Experience in the travel industry​
