We are committed to ethical manufacturing and sustainability, with a factory in Pärnu, Estonia. 

Your role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as a Financial & Operations Coordinator. This role will ensure efficient processes and support our key functions in financial administration, business-to-business sales and warehouse operations. You will be working closely both with internal teams and external partners. 

Your work tasks consist of: 

Invoicing & Financial Administration

  • Administering both purchase and sales ledgers 
  • Tracking and registering incoming payments 
  • Monitoring and following up on open and overdue invoices 
  • Generating regular reports, including weekly sales updates and monthly invoicing summaries 

 

B2B Sales Support

  • Managing and maintaining B2B customer information 
  • Handling B2B orders: registering and processing orders in our internal system 
  • Updating the campaign calendar and align it with sales activities 
  • Providing system support for B2B sales at the start of each season 

 

Warehouse Support

  • Generating inventory reports and compare stock levels to ensure accuracy 
  • Coordinating with external partners on transport, shipping and delivery dates 

Our expectations from you:

You are the right person for us if you are proactive and take strong ownership of your tasks. You have a very practical approach and tackle tasks with an open mind. 

  • Relevant education 
  • Previous experience in financial administration and accounting 
  • Experience of using ERP program is seen as an advantage 
  • Experience from B2B sales support and/or logistics is seen as an advantage 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). You are used to using especially Excel in your everyday work 
  • Ability to prioritize one’s own work and attention to detail 
  • We value flexibility. You are joining a small team consisting of three people. This means we help each other's out, also outside of our main tasks 
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Estonian both written and verbal.  Some of our employees do not speak English or Estonian, this is why Finnish and/or Russian language skills are seen as an advantage
