Financial Controller - Premier Restaurants Baltics

Position purpose:

Finance Controller is responsible to organize Finance reporting and Planning processes for Group companies in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia. Key areas of responsibility include preparation of Management Accounts and supporting ancillary analysis and managing process of annual budgeting and rolling forecasts. Key customers include Heads of Departments, Marketing, Accounting, Restaurants & other business partners. Preferably based in Riga, but can be located in any of the Baltic cities with regular travel to the head office in Riga.

We will entrust you with:

• Preparation of Management Account reports based on data from Accounting syste

• Obtain insights on Financial performance from representatives of business units

• Analyze Key Performance Indicators

• Provide feedback to management about areas of improvement in Financial performance

• Coordinate annual Budgeting process and preparation of rolling forecasts

• Ensure data collection and transformation necessary for financial reporting and planning

• Financial assessment of investment projects

• Managing the direct report of Financial Analyst

We expect you to have:

• Advanced MS Excel skills, knowledge of queries and SQL data management.

• Ability to work with large datasets.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to present data in a clear format.

• Strong attention to detail, with a proactive and collaborative approach to working.

• Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Finance or Mathematics.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance controller position.

• Fluent spoken and written English.

It will be advantage to have:

• A knowledge of tools and systems, such as Dynamics 365 Business Central, Microstrategy, MSPowerQuery, MS Power BI, will be considered as an advantage.
