We are looking for you,
Finance Specialist, General Ledger and Fixed Asset
to our Marketing and Services (M&S) Financial Services team in Tallinn, Estonia. The position is a fixed term contract until August 2026.
You will focus on processing General Ledger (GL) and Fixed Asset (FA) transactions, executing month-end closing activities, preparing Fixed Asset and General Ledger reconciliations, as well as month-end reports.
Additionally, the role entails performing daily checks and consolidation data checks at month-end. Furthermore, you will participate in local and global projects. Together with you and your expertise, we can make an impact today and keep our promises for tomorrow.

Your role in our team
- Processing GL and FA transactions
- Performing month-end closing activities, providing support to markets in addressing their cases while maintaining an end-to-end understanding of core GL and FA processes
- Participating in continuous ERP and process training to enhance knowledge of processes and system matters, and supporting the training of new joiners as required
- Ensuring timely closing of each fixed asset and GL period end in accordance with accounting standards and local requirements
- Execute the reporting to group consolidation purposes
- Execute internal controls for GL and AA processes such as the 4-eye principle, adequate approval workflows in the systems, etc.
- Prepare relevant audit material and assist in audits
- Assist in preparing and executing the tax declarations
- Identify potential for automation and digitalization in the provided services and initiate the process for that
