Finance Specialist, Accounts Receivable

to our Marketing and Services (M&S) Financial Services team in Tallinn, Estonia. The position is a fixed term contract until August 2026.

As a Finance Specialist, Accounts Receivable (AR), you will focus on processing transactions, executing month-end closing activities and reconciliations related to AR. Together with you and your expertise, we can make an impact today and keep our promises for tomorrow.

Your role in our team 

• Manage customers receivables and AR postings in the general ledger in Oracle Financials, the role supports both Estonia and Finland
• Provide daily support to customers: analyze and resolve customer inquiries
• Reconcile AR interfaces and balance internal items
• Process miscellaneous invoicing including credit loss bookings and billing
• Initiate customer master data update requests
• Perform AR month end closing tasks and activities according to the global closing schedule in a timely and accurate manner
• Execute internal controls for AR process such as the 4-eye principle, adequate approval workflows in the systems, etc.
• Prepare AR reports and respond to internal inquiries
• Prepare relevant audit material and assist in audits
• Identify potential for automation and digitalization in the provided services and initiate the process for that

Keys to success in this role 

• Some experience and/or studies in accounting and Accounts Receivable process
• Experience with Oracle Financials, AX 2012, Microsoft Dynamics 365 is seen as an advantage
• Skilled in resolving discrepancies, communicating with customers and stakeholders and maintaining accurate records
• Team player able to work independently and take initiative
• Accuracy in working with numbers
• Attention to detail
• Positive can-do and responsible attitude
• Good time-management skills
• Good command of English, Estonian and Finnish
