Job Description

  • Maintain Toyota and Lexus Leasing and Insurance White Label programs in Baltic market;
  • Collaborate with existing partners to further develop Leasing and Insurance products and secure their competitiveness in the market;
  • Manage leasing and insurance penetration with focus on renewal ratio increase;
  • Secure that relevant leasing and insurance information is in place on digital and physical customer touchpoints;
  • Maintain Toyota and Lexus Leasing calculators for New and Used car websites;
  • Facilitate regular Steering meetings with Leasing and Insurance partners;
  • Localize Toyota and Lexus Leasing and Insurance products according to Toyota Motor Europe strategy;
  • Develop and secure visibility of Toyota and Lexus Leasing and Insurance material at Retailers;
  • Create and manage monthly Insurance and Leasing reports between Toyota Baltic, Retailers and external partners.

Requirements

  • Higher education;
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of Insurance products;
  • Fluent in English and one of the Baltic languages, Russian is a strong plus
  • Strong communication, negotiation and public speaking skills;
  • Self-learning attitude and willingness to constantly develop professionalism;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
  • Flexibility to travel across Baltic States (15%);
  • Very good Computer skills primarily MS Excel, but also MS PowerPoint, MS Power BI;
  • Readiness to live the Toyota Way – implement values on daily basis.
