Field Supervisor

IDS Borjomi Europe is seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as Field Supervisor. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the growth and success of our company.

Job Location: Tallinn, Estonia

Purpose of Position:
Communication with customers, representation of Borjomi and communication with clients in Estonia, Control of campaigns, promotions and other activities, Evaluate stores by Borjomi standard, Cooperation with distributor sales team and merchandisers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Daily visiting retail shops in different regions across Estonia and evaluating them by company standard;
• Fulfilling evaluation form, sending feedback to distributor, preparation of various report and etc.
• Development and achievement of sales plans through the channels;
• Control and evaluation of distribution and merchandising service provided by distributor;
• Visit stores and plan regular store checks;
• Development of sales and profit goals of Borjomi products;
• Manage and control of Borjomi distributors sales and merchandising team.
• Act as the key person of contact between the final customer and Borjomi company;
• Focusing on growth and developing existing and future clients;
• Checking the fulfillment of the targets;
• Preparation of various reports.
• Provide regular feedback on visited stores to distributors sales and merchandising team;
• Train merchandising team to ensure KPI fulfillment;

• At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position, within FMCG company;
• Higher education in economics, business administration, or related field;
• Knowledge of local market trends and consumer insights;
• Fluency in Estonian and in English language is a must, knowledge of Russian will be a plus;
• Driving license B category is a must.
