ESG reporting Manager

We are looking for someone who is excited to develop, monitor, and report on ESG metrics!

-develop and implement a comprehensive ESG reporting framework in accordance with ESRS regulations
-develop and maintain data management systems to track ESG metrics and performance indicators
-coordinate the audit process and prepare the necessary documents for conducting the sustainability audit
-conduct regular analysis of ESG performance against industry peers and provide actionable insights for improvement
-oversee the implementation of audit recommendations related to ESG compliance
-coordinate with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of sustainability within the organization. Facilitate the sharing of ESG information with the management and the ESG committee.

We will be happy if you have:
-Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
-5+ years of experience in ESG, sustainability, finance, or a related role
-strong analytical and quantitative skills with an eye for detail
-excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across functions
-knowledge of regulatory requirements related to ESG and experience with sustainability standards
